Q: Can I cancel my order?

A: Yes. You can cancel your order any time as long as the order is not under processing or prior to shipment. If payment has been made, full refund will be made via original payment except for the any transaction fee charged by third parties which is not refundable. We do not accept request of cancellation once we have started processing your order.

Q: What if the product that I have purchased is not working?

A: In the event that the item you have purchased is defective, we will either replace the item or give you a full refund as long as the product is returned in its original and resalable condition.

Q: What is your warranty policy?

A: All items sold at GadgetsPlayz have a one-year and 30 days 1-1 exchange (from the original invoice date) local warranty unless otherwise stated, against manufacturer defects but does not cover wear and tear or accidental damage.

Q: Can I get a refund of the difference if the price of an item I purchased has decreased on the website?

Q: What happens when an item is out of stock?

A: If the item you ordered has sold out, we will contact you as soon as possible. You may opt for a replacement design or a cash refund. An ‘Out of Stock’ notice will be placed next to any items that are not in stock. When the item is again in stock the notice will be removed.

Q: Can I do a self-collection?

A: Yes, you can! Self-collection is now available. Please arrange an appointment with us for collection. Our pick up location is at Farrer Park MRT. (For other locations, please contact us)

Q: How can I pay for my order?

A: For Singapore customers, you can make payment via PayPal, Internet banking, ATM or Cash on Delivery (COD)

Please note that PayPal charges a transaction fee of 3.4% + S$0.5 for each transaction. This rate is determined by them and we are unable to absorb them at the moment.

Q: How do I set-up a device and profile?

A: All of our devices are plug & play with auto APN feature and does not require an installation CD. However, you are encourage to change the default SSID & password set by the manufacturer.

Q: What is Auto APN Feature?

A: APN stands for Access Point Name, a setting on your device that identifies an external network for access to data.

With Auto APN feature, your APN is auto-configured or auto-detected on your device to get data service on your device. It takes away the hassle of manually configuring the APN information. You just have to insert the SIM and start surfing.
